Laviamo con bicarbonato i pomodorini e li lasciamo ad asciugare. Poi puliamo per bene l’avocado e lo poniamo in un piatto fondo. Con una forchetta lo schiacciamo in modo da ottenere come una passata..
Nel frattempo che ci dedichiamo all’avocado; mettiamo su l’acqua per la pasta. Io ho usato i fusilli integrali vivi verde Coop, con 9 minuti si cuociono..
Mentre la pasta cuoce facciamo a tocchetti i pomodorini e li andiamo ad unire all’avocado..
Non ci resta che scolare i fusilli ed andarli ad amalgamare al condimento che li attende! L’avocado è abbastanza grasso, quindi a mio parere non ha bisogno dell’aggiunta di olio.. Ma nulla impedisce di aggiungerlo! 😜.
