  4. Mentre l'occhio di bue si cuoce, tostate leggermente la fetta di pane (io l'ho messa a scaldare nella stessa padella dell'uovo).
  5. Impiattate spalmando l'avocado sulal fetta di pane, adagiando una o 2 fette di salmone e infine posizionando l'uovo sopra a tutto..
